Charity Holmes Creative Referral Program - Terms & Conditions

Thank you for your interest in the Charity Holmes Creative Referral Program! I am excited to reward my amazing clients and friends for helping me grow. Please read the following terms carefully:
1. Eligibility
The Referral Program is open to all past and current Charity Holmes Creative clients and personal contacts. There is no limit to how many people you can refer.
2. How It Works
A referral is defined as a new client who books and pays the deposit for a full Website Design Package with Charity Holmes Creative. Eligible Packages Include:

VIP Website in 1 Day
Template Customization
You must either introduce the referral directly (email, DM, etc.) or ensure they mention your name when inquiring.
Once your referral’s deposit is received, you will qualify for the reward.
3. Referral Reward
You will receive $100 for every successful referral.
Payments will be issued via [PayPal, Venmo, or Visa gift card] within 30 days after the referred client's deposit is received.
Rewards are considered taxable income. If you earn more than $600 in rewards in a calendar year, we will request a W-9 Form to comply with IRS regulations.
4. Limitations
Referral rewards are only available for new clients. Existing or past clients do not qualify as referrals.
There is no cap on the number of referrals you can submit unless otherwise communicated.
Charity Holmes Creative reserves the right to modify, pause, or terminate the Referral Program at any time without prior notice.
5. Disclosure
We kindly ask that you disclose to anyone you refer that you may receive a reward for your recommendation, per FTC guidelines.
6. Agreement
By participating in this Referral Program, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
